Ms. Kaul has 18 years of professional experience, the last four as MPS Ltd's Assistant Vice President. With expertise in operations, client deliverance, software design and implementation, publishing and pre-media markets, business unit establishment, content transformation, process redesign, and product development, she attributes her success to her work ethic and the support she receives from her family. She is proficient and has a proven track record of initiating the transition process of a business unit and generating revenue in the long term, resource management, adherence to quality systems, and other related processes.
Currently, she manages business for books and journals, develops a production platform with end-to-end XML Integrated, establishes MPS technology market with existing top 25 accounts, oversees business planning, growth and business transition for existing or new customers, establishes relations with existing customers, derives business excellence and evaluates new opportunities, works with the CEO and CXO-group to formulate business restructuring within and generates profitable opportunities for the organization.
Additionally, Ms. Kaul handles operations and technology-based solutions, facilitates development, evaluates client requirements, ensures that production and software technology is working, and meets with clients to realize their project enhancement potential.
Having started her career as a software developer and a corporate professional developer, Ms. Kaul gained considerable experience in varied verticals including KPO (Knowledge Processing) and BPO. Her transition into the publishing sector occurred in 1997 with her technology background, international exposure and market acumen coming to aid.
Prior to joining MPS Ltd., Ms. Kaul served as vice president of operations at EON PreMedia Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 to 2007, senior manager of the higher ed. group with Aptara TechBooks International Pvt. Ltd. from 2001 to 2005, and manager of electronic products and projects with Thomson Press (India) Ltd. from 1997 to 2001. She also worked in software design and implementation from 1993 to 1997.
Recent highlights of her career include contributing to 55 percent of the organization's revenue and securing business with Nature Publishing Group, a prestigious publisher of high impact scientific and medical information in print and online.
In 1986, Ms. Kaul earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from J&K University in India. She also holds a PGDAC Systems Development & Programming Credential (1987). Ms. Kaul is a member of the Digital Society, and the International Institute of Business Analysis. Looking ahead, she hopes to become the head of a technology solutions business.
