Portsmouth Film Festival launches a packed 9-day programme of shorts, local premiers, projections and world cinema with their new up-beat web-site.
Design studio 131 Design and web developers NPS Solutions from Portsmouth and Gosport respectively, joined forces to come up with a contemporary site for the festival that would be youth orientated, functional, accessible and produced on a budget.
